The Jazz Station, Eugene's premier jazz venue, presents a classical chamber music program on the first Sunday of every month at 3:00 pm. Classical on Broadway artistic directors are Eunhye Grace Choi, acclaimed collaborative pianist and chamber musician, and Wonkak Kim, Associate Professor of Clarinet at the University of Oregon. This matinee concert spotlights Eugene's own versatile flute-cello-piano group Oasis Ensemble.
Eugene’s Oasis Ensemble—musicians with deep orchestral credentials with tenures in Oregon, Chicago and Pittsburg Symphony—offers a beautifully balanced program for flute, cello, and piano. Their thoughtful interpretations and ensemble cohesion offer an afternoon of elegance and warmth.

On Classical on Broadway:
“We've designed a program that will showcase the most distinguished and original musicians from the region,” said Kim. “It will highlight ‘hip’ classical and crossover music, pleasing both classical fans and a general, music-loving audience. The Jazz Station’s special vibe will make each concert a very memorable event.”
“The Jazz Station is proud to diversify our offering with this high-quality chamber music series,” said Steve Owen, Jazz Station past-president. “The Jazz Station Chamber Music program offers opportunities for talented musicians to present their music before an appreciative audience. The atmosphere is casual: beer/wine, conversation, and great music in an intimate, feel-good venue.”
